During the summer months, Thaler Oil offers a PreBuy program that lets you purchase your winter propane gallons at a discounted rate.  This is the best time to lock in your pricing for the winter season. Unlike many other propane companies, if the daily price drops below your PreBuy price at the time of delivery, you’ll automatically receive the lower price—ensuring you always get the best deal.

Scheduled Delivery

Thaler Oil offers a convenient Scheduled Delivery Program that uses past usage, weather conditions, and the number of propane appliances in your home to estimate when your tank reaches around 30%, triggering a delivery ticket. While this system greatly reduces the chance of running out, it isn’t perfect, so we still ask customers to monitor their tank and call us if it ever drops below 25%.

Will Call Delivery

If you need propane and own your tank (or lease one of ours), call us when your tank has approximately 25% left. A minimum of 200 gallons per order is required. Please check your tank often to avoid out-of-gas charges.

Tank Monitors

Thaler Oil offers tank monitors that track your propane levels in real-time, with a convenient app that lets you monitor usage, check tank percentage, and request deliveries anytime. Our office also monitors these systems to ensure efficient service and prevent run-outs. It’s an ideal solution for cabins, second homes, or tanks with irregular use. Call the office to learn more!
